Social & Leisure Activities
For seniors who like to stay physically and socially active, SRDA Recreation offers a variety of social and leisure activities for those age 50 and older.
At SRDA, you'll find a variety of affordable fitness classes, including strength training, yoga, chair aerobics, and line dancing. In addition, we offer classes for computers, acrylic, sketching, oil and watercolor painting, and other fun, inexpensive workshops for arts and crafts.
On a daily basis we offer pool tables, free exercise machines, a big-screen TV with movie players, and a computer room, with internet access. Or, you might enjoy one or more of our weekly game groups, such as bridge, pinochle, chess, Scrabble, dominoes, and Mah Jong. For our more crafty seniors, we also host monthly and biweekly groups for quilting and knitting.

Monthly Socials
In addition to these ongoing activities, SRDA Recreation holds a monthly social with refreshments and entertainment – providing the chance to socialize, and make new friends. We also offer fun, affordable group day trips – including Cripple Creek, regional festivals, museums, and musical and cultural events.
