Overall guidelines for service

  1. Trip reservation must be made 3 working days prior to the trip.
  2. Up to 6 small bags of groceries may be brought on the bus. The rider is responsible for handling and moving the bags and groceries. The driver is not able to assist.
  3. To maximize our services to the most clients, we ask for flexibility of scheduling. This means that we may ask you to be picked up earlier than your requested time.
